INFORMATION ON PARTICIPATION:

Reservations for both KOMATEK 2022 and co-organized Rent It Turkey has begun. Priority will be given to KOMATEK 2017 participants. Other reservations will be taken according to application submission order.

Area Information:

Exhibition areas are divided into 5 main sections according to overall layout and exhibition area characteristics as;

Area indicated as in Halls H3 and H4 is allocated to participants requiring a minimum of 225 m² indoor stand area, where stand depth is between 15 to 35 meters.

Area indicated as in Halls H1 and H2 is allocated to participants requiring a minimum 12 m² to 250 m² indoor stand area where stand depth is 3 to 8 meters.

Area indicated as in Hall H2 is allocated to foreign companies directly applying from abroad.

Area indicated as in Hall H2 is the dedicated area of Rent It Turkey and is allocated to participants requiring a minimum 12 m² indoor stand area.

Area indicated as is the outdoor area for both KOMATEK 2022 and Rent It Turkey exhibitions.

Payment Conditions:

Stand reservations will be held for a maximum of two weeks. If it is not completed into a Contract for Participation the reservation will be void and hence that area will be alocated to next requesting participant. Sales are subject to 50% payment on Contract for Participation signing and the remaining to be paid latest by 31 December 2021.

Stand Information:

Exhibitors requesting indoor space without booths will be furnished with concrete flooring and with marked boundaries only. Exhibitors will have to decorate the whole area themselves.

Exhibitors requesting indoor space with booths will be furnished with 1m x 2.48 m MDF panelled walls, rib carpet flooring, company name on stand facia, one 100W spotlight per 3 sqm and one triple socket 220V/2KW power outlet.

Outdoor areas will be delivered as asphalt/concrete flooring with marked boundaries.

Scaling is 25 sqm (5x5 m) for outdoor areas and 1 sqm (1x1 m) for Halls H1-H2 and 25 sqm (5x5 m) for Halls H3-H4 indoor areas.
